Dr. Thomas is the Director of the Adolescent and Young Adult Oncology Program Department of Pediatric Hematology, Oncology, BMT at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Arnold is an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics, Emory University School of Medicine. She specializes in pediatric hematology and has particular expertise in the care of children undergoing stem cell transplantation for noncancerous disorders, such as sickle cell anemia, aplastic anemia and thalassemia. In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Arnold conducts research. She has an MBA and does outcome research to demonstrate the cost-effectiveness of the therapies she uses.

Dr. Ramy Hanna is an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine and Nephrology at the University of California Irvine UCI-Health. He is a clinician-educator who works at the intersection of patient education and research, participating in ongoing research into diseases of the kidneys (nephrology) as it relates to complement disorders such as PNH. Dr. Hanna is focused on working with underserved communities and the expanding field of Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learned related to improving the diagnostic process and treatment outcomes for patients.

Dr. Vijaya Raj Bhatt graduated from Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University in Nepal in 2009 with a degree of Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). He then went on to do a three-year residency in internal medicine in Staten Island University Hospital in Staten Island, New York. During his residency, he was awarded the resident of the year for three consecutive years. After completing his residency, he joined the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Nebraska and completed his fellowship in hematology-oncology. Carlos E. Vigil, MD, is a hematologist who holds an appointment as Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Dr. Vigil achieved his medical degree at the Universidad Peruana Cayetano Heredia in Lima, Peru, completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit and completed three fellowships at H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center (Hematology-Oncology), Leukemia (M.D. Anderson Cancer Center) and Hematopoetic Stem Cell Transplant (Vanderbilt University Medical Center). Tom DeLoughery is a native Hoosier who graduated from Indiana State University in 1981 (one year after Larry Bird) and the Indiana University School of Medicine in 1985. He did his internship at the University of California, Irvine before traveling to Oregon where he finished his internal medicine residency and hematology/oncology fellowship.
