My research primarily focuses on mechanisms of thrombosis thrombosis: (throm-BOE-suss) A blood clot (thrombus) that develops and attaches to a blood vessel. in MPN, with a goal to improve MPN care by individualizing thrombosis risk stratification and by finding better treatments to prevent thrombosis. I am also dedicated to training the next generation of physicians and am involved in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
