Dr. Patel’s clinical and research expertise is in Blood and Marrow Transplantation (BMT). He has a particular interest in allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation as well as cellular therapies such as CAR-Ts for the treatment of malignant and benign hematologic diseases in adult patients. Dr. Patel’s research interests focus on the management of potential complications of such therapy including disease relapse and graft-versus-host disease. About
Dr. Tantravahi has received his medical degree from Guntur medical college, India. He then completed Internal Medicine residency and Hematology and Oncology fellowship training at University of Utah Hospital. His clinical interests include multiple myeloma, stem cell transplantation, and myeloproliferative neoplasm. Research interests are targeted therapy in CML and myeloproliferative neoplasms.
