Ms. Wolfshohl was born in Metairie, Louisiana, but claims Texas as her home. She is a graduate of Texas A&M University and relocated to Dallas to complete an internship and secondary degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. She has spent the past seven years practicing dietetics at Children's Medical Center Dallas, University Hospital, and Simmons Cancer Center where she most recently worked with malignant and non-malignant hematologic diseases. She is credentialed as a certified specialist in oncology and a member of the Oncology Dietetic Practice Group for the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. While in transition moving to College Station, Texas, Ms. Wolfshohl is serving as a private nutrition consultant and doing speaking engagements.
