Christa has been at the Department of Malignant Hematology of the H. Lee Moffitt Cancer Center & Research Institute since 2013. Prior to that she worked as a primary oncology nurse at the Bond Clinic in Winter Haven, FL. Christa received her RN degree from Polk State College and her BS from the University of South Florida (USF), which included international internships in Austria and the United Kingdom. She is currently enrolled in the MSN (ARNP) program at USF with emphasis in Adult Gerentology Primary Care. She has authored several publications and has presented at numerous professional meetings.
Christa also serves in a number of Moffitt committee and community volunteer positions.
