Is aplastic anemia, MDS or PNH inherited?

At this time there no evidence that these diseases are inherited. In other words, they are can not be passed down through the genes from parent to child. Most cases of aplastic anemia, MDS and PNH are considered to be “acquired” and the cause is not typically known.
