William Shomali, MD

Dr. Shomali is a clinical assistant professor of Hematology at Stanford University School of Medicine. He is board certified in hematology & medical oncology. He completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he served as a Chief Medical Resident. He then joined Stanford University for his combined Hematology & Oncology fellowship training.

Dr. Shomali’s research interests include the study of novel agents in myeloproliferative neoplasms and myelodysplastic syndromes. Dr. Shomali is a member of the American Society of Hematology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
