Professor Judith Marsh is a consultant haematologist at King’s College Hospital, London. Prof Marsh has a specialist clinical and academic interest in aplastic anaemia and its immunological and molecular association with MDS and PNH, for which King’s College is a national centre of excellence. Prof Marsh is chairman of the European Blood and Marrow Transplant (EBMT) Severe Aplastic Anaemia Working Party and has previously co-chaired the Non-malignant Bone Marrow Bone Marrow: The soft, spongy tissue inside most bones. Blood cells are formed in the bone marrow. Disorders Committee of the Centre for the International BMT Register (CIBMTR). Prof Marsh is chairman of the British Committee for Standards in Haematology (BCSH) guidelines for aplastic anaemia.
