Newsstand

Here's where you'll find a regularly updated, broad range of articles written by the AAMDSIF team, allied health organizations and news organizations. By staying well-informed, patients and families are practicing a form of self-support that will help them be more effective self-advocates when engaging with health care providers.

Stories of Hope

To better understand the impact of bone marrow failure, we recommend reading our illuminating human interest stories, told by the people who are living with these illnesses. Our entire community benefits from the insightful stories patients and family members share with us about their personal journeys.

"I'm Like You" Patient Stories

The new monthly series I’m Like You expands the way that we share our patients’ personal journeys. It combines the impact of our Stories of Hope articles with the immediacy of our Story Corner videos – with an additional key feature. We visit patients at home, where they give us their first-person accounts of life since diagnosis.

Recent Research

Compiled for your convenience are the latest articles on bone marrow failure research and treatment from major hematology/oncology journals. Articles are obtained from the National Library of Medicine’s MEDLINE database.
