Medicare and other health insurance coverage can be confusing and worrisome, especially when Medicare or the private insurance company refuses to pay for the treatment you need. In this session, we will help you understand coverage rules and how to take steps to get your treatment covered by Medicare or your insurer. We will also highlight various prescription and co-pay assistance programs that can be a resource for you as an MDS patient or the caregiver of an MDS patient. Plenty of time will be left at the end of the session for your questions.
