Annual Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser

The annual Applebee's Flapjack Fundraiser Breakfast to support AA&MDSIF is organized by volunteer Emilie Brierly Truscott in honor of her brother David Brierly and friend Hannah Rainer. Both David and Hannah have aplastic anemia, so it is especially important to Emilie and her family to raise awareness and funds for this disease.

The event is held on a Saturday in October at the Applebee's in Lansdale, PA, just outside of Philadelphia. For a small fee, participants can have a delicious  breakfast of pancakes, sausage, juice, and coffee.  Also at the event, there are baskets of goodies for auction. There is also a wonderful display of AA&MSIF materials to help educate others about aplastic anemia and bone marrow failure disease.

If you would like to donate to Emilie's event or contribute an item for her silent auction, please contact Martha Crews or visit Emilie's website.
