Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Marriott Crystal Gateway, located in Crystal City, part of Arlington, Virginia just across the river from Washington, DC.  Located about two blocks from the Crystal City stop on the Metro transit system, the hotel has fabulous amenities, including a pool and fitness center. Crystal City itself offers interesting restaurants as well as underground shopping.

A block of rooms has been reserved for participants on a first-come, first-served basis at a rate of $159 plus 10.25% tax, single or double occupancy.  For three people in a room, the rate is $179 per night; for four people the rate is $199 per night.

To receive the special room rate of $159 plus 10.25% tax, you must make your reservations and guarantee them with a credit card by Wednesday, July 2, 2008.  (Call 888.236.2427 to reserve a room; we encourage you to call as soon as possible.)  After July 2, rooms will be at the prevailing rate, which may be significantly higher. 

If you make reservations and then find that you cannot attend the conference, it is your responsibility to contact the hotel to cancel your room reservations.
